- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until well coated.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form small balls about an inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in holiday sprinkles.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
