  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time and mix well, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  7. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and cream cheese.
  8. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
