- 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or pork)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp water (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion, fresh herbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cranberry sauce and water, stirring until warmed.
- Brush or drizzle the glaze over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For added flavor, consider including a dash of red pepper flakes in the glaze. Ensure even cooking by keeping meatballs uniform in size.
