Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage: Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and chop it into thin strips. Rinse under cold water and let it drain.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine yogurt, a minced garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss the chopped cabbage with fresh herbs and any additional veggies, such as shredded carrots or diced bell peppers.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the yogurt mixture over the cabbage and herbs, tossing gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Let It Chill: Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Toss the salad once more right before serving and sprinkle your choice of nuts or seeds on top.
Notes
For a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing. Enjoy within two days for the best texture.
