- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese or ricotta
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package of pastry dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles to fit into tartlet pans.
- In a bowl, combine fresh cranberries, diced jalapeños, sugar, and cream cheese or ricotta until well mixed.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture into each pastry shell, being careful not to overfill.
- Bake the filled tartlets for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These tartlets can be made ahead and refrigerated. They freeze well too; just reheat in the oven.
