- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or Half-and-Half)
- Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Parsley), to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and cracked black pepper on both sides.
- Sear the chops in a hot skillet with butter for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chops and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Create the sauce in the same pan by adding more butter and sautéing minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth or wine and scrape up any bits stuck to the pan.
- Add the heavy cream and cracked pepper, stirring until thickened.
- Finish with fresh herbs and adjust seasoning.
- Serve the pork chops coated in the sauce with your favorite sides.
