  • Olive Oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Prepare toppings by slicing pears and toasting nuts in a dry skillet.
  5. Assemble by layering brie on each toasted baguette slice, followed by pear slices.
  6. Top each crostini with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with nuts if using.
  7. Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze on top, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
