Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare toppings by slicing pears and toasting nuts in a dry skillet.
- Assemble by layering brie on each toasted baguette slice, followed by pear slices.
- Top each crostini with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with nuts if using.
- Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze on top, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately while the bread is crispy and the cheese melty.
Notes
