- 1 cup waffle mix (plus a pinch of salt and sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Add peanut butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the waffle mix with a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Keep waffles warm in the oven while repeating with remaining batter.
