Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs.
  2. Season generously: In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Massage the seasoning into the chicken.
  3. Create the crust: In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan with a bit of olive oil.
