Ingredients
Scale
- 200g high-quality dark chocolate

- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by finely chopping or processing your chosen nuts until they reach a lightly coarse texture.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, pausing to stir every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with your chopped nuts, coconut flakes, and sweetener in a mixing bowl. Stir gently.
- Add spices if using, and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and then roll them in additional coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder for coating.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up on a parchment-lined tray.
Notes
For best flavor, avoid over-melting chocolate and refrigerate the mixture to achieve the right consistency for rolling.
