- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then plunge into an ice bath.
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden brown.
- Mix the sautéed mushrooms with cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Combine the blanched green beans with the creamy mixture until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with fried onions generously.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
