Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the cherry tomatoes and chiffonade the fresh basil.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and dressing in a large bowl.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve garnished with additional basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
