Ingredients

- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the cherry tomatoes and chiffonade the fresh basil.
- Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
- Combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and dressing in a large bowl.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve garnished with additional basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
