Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup crushed pretzels or nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: spices (cinnamon or nutmeg)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and pretzels/nuts until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours until firm, then lift out and cut into squares.
- Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling for added flavor.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
