- 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula and spinach blend)
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens. Core and slice the Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges, leaving the skin on.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apples, and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Add the chosen nuts just before serving, reserving a few for garnish.
