Description

A tender turkey breast crusted with fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless turkey breast
  • 34 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or softened butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil (or softened butter), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the herb mixture generously over the top of the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 25-30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Allow the turkey to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
  7. Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides!

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Allowing the turkey to rest is crucial for juicy meat.
