- 1 boneless turkey breast
- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or softened butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil (or softened butter), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the herb mixture generously over the top of the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 25-30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the turkey to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
- Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides!
