  • 12 tbsp cooking oil (canola or sesame)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Optional: Bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli for added color

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping everything.
  2. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, stir-fry asparagus (and any optional vegetables) for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
