- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified; season with salt and pepper to taste.
