Description

A creamy cheesecake with the crispy, cinnamon-sugar goodness of churros, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon and Sugar Mix
  • 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust (or homemade with crushed graham crackers and melted butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. If using a pre-made crust, set it aside. For a homemade crust, crush the graham crackers, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until combined.
  4. Add the sour cream and vanilla, blending until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition to avoid cracks.
  6. Fold in the cinnamon and sugar mix gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature for one hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust with more cinnamon sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

Notes

Allow cheesecake to chill overnight for better flavor and texture. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
