  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
