Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
