Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg whites on medium speed until frothy.
- Add sugar gradually, one tablespoon at a time, until glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in cornstarch, white vinegar, and peppermint extract.
- Pipe or spoon meringue onto the prepared sheets.
- Bake for 1.5 hours and let cool inside the oven.
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle over cooled meringues.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
