- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground meat (beef, sausage, or turkey)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, basil, and oregano for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat, add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, draining excess grease.
- Stir in cream cheese, allowing it to melt. Add cream and milk, stirring until combined.
- Add lasagna noodles and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Serve warm.
