  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, sausage, or turkey)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, basil, and oregano for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat, add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned, draining excess grease.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, allowing it to melt. Add cream and milk, stirring until combined.
  4. Add lasagna noodles and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.
