Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients, a mixing bowl, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pistachios, cranberries, oats, and nut butter until well mixed.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is fully coated.
  4. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, placing them on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
