Delightful bites filled with a rich, creamy mixture of cream cheese, cranberries, and pecans, perfect for holidays and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool Dates
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Optional: sprinkle of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice each Medjool date along one side and remove the pit.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans in a mixing bowl. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the creamy filling.
  5. Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 10-12 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Enjoy warm or at room temperature. These bites can also be frozen for later enjoyment!
