- 12 Medjool Dates
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- Optional: sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice each Medjool date along one side and remove the pit.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans in a mixing bowl. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
- Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the creamy filling.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 10-12 minutes until warmed through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Enjoy warm or at room temperature. These bites can also be frozen for later enjoyment!
