Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Assemble the ingredients on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, placing the wheel of brie in the center.
- Mix together the cranberries, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and honey in a small bowl. Add thyme or rosemary if desired.
- Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture on top of the brie, covering the surface.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and soft.
