- Melt the Chocolate and Condensed Milk: In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until silky smooth.
- Add Butter and Cranberries: Mix in the butter until melted, then fold in dried cranberries and orange zest.
- Cool and Set: Pour fudge into the prepared dish, smoothing the top. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut and Serve: Lift fudge from the dish using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
