Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the citrus juices, minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, honey, salt, and spices. Whisk until well-combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken drumettes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated drumettes, spacing them out.
- Roast to Perfection: Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Broil for Extra Crisp: Broil for the last 3-5 minutes for added crunch, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Garnish and Serve: Let rest for a few minutes before serving with additional citrus juice and herbs.
