Instructions

- Add in the egg and orange zest, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh cranberries.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
