- 8 ounces cream cheese

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown your ground beef, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the pan, stirring until softened.
- Reduce the heat to low and mix in cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream, mixing well, then add shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with spices according to your taste.
- Once everything is combined and warmed through, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese on top if you desire.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
