  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown your ground beef, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the pan, stirring until softened.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and mix in cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the sour cream, mixing well, then add shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Season with spices according to your taste.
