Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine corn, cream cheese, sautéed onions, eggs, milk, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
