Instructions

- Add the Champagne: Stir in champagne and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
- Incorporate Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in warm water and stir into the jelly until fully incorporated.
- Test Consistency: Place spoonful of jelly on a chilled plate to check if it holds its shape.
- Jar It Up: Pour jelly into sterilized jars, leaving space at the top, and let cool before refrigerating.
