Instructions

  3. Add the Champagne: Pour in the champagne, letting it simmer for about a minute.
  4. Create the Cream Sauce: Slowly stir in the heavy cream and allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta into the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Finish with Parmesan and Herbs: Remove from heat and stir in freshly grated Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs to taste. Serve immediately.
