  • 1 cup toffee bits or chopped toffee candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the toffee bits.
  6. Drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
