Instructions

- Finish with Cream: Stir in cream, add lemon juice if desired, and adjust seasoning.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions or parsley, and serve with crusty bread.

For a lighter version, use unsweetened almond milk and add chorizo for an extra kick.
