Scale
  • Large pasta shells
  • 200g burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Marinara sauce

  3. Mix the sautéed mushrooms with torn burrata and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell generously with the burrata mixture.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish, top with more marinara and sprinkle with parmesan.
  7. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the pasta; they will cook further in the oven. Use high-quality burrata for the best flavor.
