Description
Creamy burrata stuffed in pasta shells, baked with marinara sauce and topped with fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- Large pasta shells
- 200g burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
- Mix the sautéed mushrooms with torn burrata and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each shell generously with the burrata mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells in the dish, top with more marinara and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
Make sure to not overcook the pasta; they will cook further in the oven. Use high-quality burrata for the best flavor.
