  3. In a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, layer: yogurt mixture, fresh blueberries, and melted chocolate.
  4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  6. When ready to serve, remove from the pan and slice like a cake.
