- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups crisped rice cereal
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped dried fruits (cranberries or apricots)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Prepare the base: Melt white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring continually.
- Mix in the crunch: Fold in the crisped rice cereal and flaked coconut after removing from heat.
- Add texture: Stir in chopped dried fruits and slivered almonds.
- Set the slice: Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press down evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the slice set.
- Cut & serve: Lift the slice out by the parchment, cut into squares, and enjoy.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute white chocolate with yogurt melting disks. Use sunflower seeds instead of almonds for a nut-free version.
