Description

A nostalgic and creamy dessert that combines white chocolate, coconut, and crunchy rice cereal, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300g white chocolate
  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups crisped rice cereal
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped dried fruits (cranberries or apricots)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Melt white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring continually.
  2. Mix in the crunch: Fold in the crisped rice cereal and flaked coconut after removing from heat.
  3. Add texture: Stir in chopped dried fruits and slivered almonds.
  4. Set the slice: Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press down evenly.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the slice set.
  6. Cut & serve: Lift the slice out by the parchment, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute white chocolate with yogurt melting disks. Use sunflower seeds instead of almonds for a nut-free version.
