Ingredients

  • 400g (about 2 cups) white chocolate
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, apricots)
  • 100g (about 1 cup) chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
  • 1 can (approximately 400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  2. Chop the dried fruits and nuts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine melted chocolate, coconut, dried fruits, nuts, and condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
  4. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
  5. Press the mixture down firmly to remove air pockets.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Lift out of the pan using the parchment, slice into squares, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Allow cooling for at least 4 hours for ideal texture. You can customize ingredients based on preferences.
