- 400g (about 2 cups) white chocolate
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, apricots)
- 100g (about 1 cup) chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
- 1 can (approximately 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Chop the dried fruits and nuts into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine melted chocolate, coconut, dried fruits, nuts, and condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
- Press the mixture down firmly to remove air pockets.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Lift out of the pan using the parchment, slice into squares, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
