Ingredients

- 1 bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 2 cups 100% cranberry juice
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Optional: fresh berries (raspberries or pomegranate seeds)
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary or mint)
- Splash of soda water
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and cranberry juice.
- Add the sliced apples, pears, oranges, and lemons.
- Add the fresh herbs and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Just before serving, top off the pitcher with soda water.
- Adjust sweetness with agave or sugar if desired.
Notes
Make the sangria a day in advance for deeper flavors. Add soda just before serving to keep it bubbly.
