Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Optional: fresh berries (raspberries or pomegranate seeds)
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or mint)
  • Splash of soda water

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and cranberry juice.
  2. Add the sliced apples, pears, oranges, and lemons.
  3. Add the fresh herbs and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Just before serving, top off the pitcher with soda water.
  5. Adjust sweetness with agave or sugar if desired.

Notes

Make the sangria a day in advance for deeper flavors. Add soda just before serving to keep it bubbly.
