  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  8. Scoop rounded dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Try adding a pinch of sea salt on top just after baking for enhanced flavor.
