Instructions
- Select a ripe watermelon, cut it in half, scoop out the flesh, and chop it into chunks.
- In a blender, add the watermelon chunks and blend until smooth. Optionally, strain for a smoother consistency.
- Add the juice of 1-2 limes based on your taste preference.
- If desired, sweeten with honey or agave and blend briefly to combine.
- Serve immediately over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves or refrigerate for an hour to chill.
