Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract until well-combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Slowly incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in fresh strawberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
