- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Prepare your pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter: In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips with the butter until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Incorporate the vanilla: Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour and spread: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Cut and serve: Remove from the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and add toppings if desired.
