Delicious cookies inspired by the classic Twix candy bar, featuring a buttery cookie base with chocolate and caramel melted in the center.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1/2 cup Soft Caramel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla; beat until well combined.
- Fold in the flour gradually until just incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball using your thumb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Once out of the oven, let cool briefly before filling with melted chocolate and caramel.
- Serve once cooled completely.
Notes
Ensure the cookie indentations are deep enough to hold chocolate and caramel, and do not overbake.
