Description

Savory turkey and tangy cranberry sauce come together in these delightful sliders, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 buttery brioche or soft slider rolls
  • 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or sage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, mixing well.
  4. Lightly toast the buns in the oven, optionally brushing with butter for a golden crisp.
  5. Assemble each slider with a scoop of turkey mixture, a layer of cranberry sauce, and a slice of cheese, then top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Return sliders to the oven until cheese is melted and warm.
  7. Arrange on a platter and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a slider bar for toppings; pair with sweet potato fries or a green salad.
