Description

Delicious and crispy tuna patties that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of Tuna, drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain your canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add in breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, chopped herbs, and your preferred seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
  4. Chill the patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (optional).
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, carefully place the patties into the pan, letting them cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy the patties hot with a squeeze of lemon or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chickpeas for tuna. You can also use crushed potato chips instead of breadcrumbs for an added crunch.
