Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Lay out the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of sauce evenly across the tortilla.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of cheese followed by toppings and herbs.

- If baking, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
