A delightful Thanksgiving Piecaken featuring layers of moist pumpkin pie, rich chocolate cake, and crunchy pecan pie.

- Pumpkin Pie Filling (store-bought or homemade)
- Chocolate Cake Mix (box mix or homemade)
- Pecan Pie Filling (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
- Mix the chocolate cake batter and pour into one prepared pan; bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Prepare the pumpkin pie filling and pour into another prepared pan; bake accordingly.
- Prepare the pecan pie filling in the last pan; bake until set and bubbly. Cool all layers.
- Assemble the Piecaken by layering chocolate cake, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie. Frost the sides with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours to set before serving.

Ensure all cake layers are completely cooled before assembling to avoid a gooey mess. Pair with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
