Ingredients

Scale
  • Pumpkin Pie Filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate Cake Mix (box mix or homemade)
  • Pecan Pie Filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix the chocolate cake batter and pour into one prepared pan; bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Prepare the pumpkin pie filling and pour into another prepared pan; bake accordingly.
  4. Prepare the pecan pie filling in the last pan; bake until set and bubbly. Cool all layers.
  5. Assemble the Piecaken by layering chocolate cake, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie. Frost the sides with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
  6. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to set before serving.

Notes

Ensure all cake layers are completely cooled before assembling to avoid a gooey mess. Pair with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
