Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice.
- Coat the salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil or butter.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-6 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Optionally, flip the salmon for the last minute to get a bit of a char.
- Right before serving, add a fresh squeeze of lemon over each fillet.

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
