Description

Delicious, buttery salmon grilled to perfection with garlic and herbs, capturing the essence of shared family moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice.
  2. Coat the salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil or butter.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-6 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. Optionally, flip the salmon for the last minute to get a bit of a char.
  6. Right before serving, add a fresh squeeze of lemon over each fillet.

Notes

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
