Ingredients
- Cranberries (fresh or dried)
- Cream cheese (full-fat or reduced-fat)

- Flour tortillas or puff pastry
- Sweetener (sugar or honey)
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: Mix cranberries, cream cheese, herbs, and sweetener until well combined.
- Prepare your dough: Roll out puff pastry to ¼ inch thick or lay tortillas flat.
- Spread the filling evenly on each piece of dough.
- Roll tightly from one edge to form a log and seal the edge with cream cheese.
- Cut the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
